- Auctions are free to bid.  Just sign up for an account and attach a merchant card.

- Winning bidders' merchant card on file is charged a $5,000 platform fee immediately at the conclusion of the auction.

- A $5,000 non-refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is due by 4:45pm Arizona time the day the auction ends.

- Winning bidder pays a 2% buyers premium at close of escrow.

- Winning bidder pays all closing costs and any HOA fees and receives a special warranty deed or a general warranty deed.

- Close Of Escrow (COE) is determined by the particular assignment and can be found in the property description.
